Will my old Supercheap Auto Trade card still work?

Yes. We also have a digital version available via our new website which you can display on your mobile device when shopping in-store.

Why has my customer number changed?

In-order to launch our new site we needed to migrate customer records and therefore create you a new customer number.

Why can’t I log into the Supercheap Auto retail website?

To give a better business-to-business experience we moved all existing Supercheap Auto Trade customer’s online profiles onto the new Supercheap Auto Trade website.

I used to have two accounts, why can’t I access both?

Only accounts that have been active in the last two years have been migrated, if your account had no activity in the last two years, it has been archived.

Has my discount changed?

Your discounts may have changed. We have simplified our discount structure into three tiers; Bronze, Silver & Gold. Annualized spend is used to determine your discount tier. More information can be found here .
