How much do I need to spend to be a Trade Account Holder?
There is a minimum annualized spend of $600.00 including GST.
Can I share my account with anyone?
No, as per our terms you cannot share your account with another person. You may be able to add your employees as an authorised user. This can be done online through the ‘My Account’ section of the site. We call it adding someone to your company team.
How can I add an authorised user or set up a Company Team?
Adding an authorised user is easy, simply head to your ‘My Account’ section and select ‘Company Team’. Click ‘Invite’. Enter in the email address of the person you wish to add to your company team. Ensure you have asked their permission before you do this.
How do I leave a Company Team?
Go to ‘My Account’, then ‘Company Configuration’, here you can click ‘Disconnect Account’.
What happens when I leave a Company Team?
We ask that you update your new ABN or NZBN. You will revert back to the standard discount tier Bronze and you will still be able to shop with SCA Trade. Any purchase you made when part of the Company Team that was not paid for with 30 Day Credit will still show in your Invoices & Orders section. Any purchases that were paid using 30 Day Credit will remain as an invoice on the Account Managers history.
What happens if I remove an Authorised User?
When an Authorised User is removed from a Company Team, they will no longer be linked to your business. They will not receive the same discount tier as your business, but they will still be able to shop. If the Authorised User has suspicion of fraudulent activity, please ‘Contact Us’. Any purchases that were paid using 30 Day Credit will remain as an invoice on the Account Managers history, not on the Authorised User’s history.
How do I change my details?
Most of your details can be changed yourself via the online ‘My Account’ section. Some details cannot be updated if you have 30 Day Credit or you are an Authorised User linked to a Company Team.
Why can’t I change my details?
If you have 30 Day Credit and are not an Authorised User, the following details are locked and only editable by contacting trade_accounts@superretailgroup.com:
- Email Address
- Name
- Trading As
- ABN/NZBN
- Address
If you are an Authorised User, the following customer details are locked and unable to be edited as they are linked to the Company Team of which you are a part of:
- Email Address
- Name
- Trading As
- ABN/NZBN
- Address

Pricing & Discounts
What is my Trade discount?
We have three tiers of discounts, Bronze, Silver & Gold. Annualized spend is used to determine what tier you will be allocated into.
Retail promotional pricing also applies to trade customers.
Purchase of gift cards do not count towards your annualized spend.
The actual discount on each product will vary, it is not a flat percentage off the retail price. You will receive a larger discount on some items and a smaller discount on others. Gold tier pricing generally has larger discounts than our Bronze tier.
Trade discount is separate to Rebate Rewards; if eligible for Rebate Rewards you will receive rebates on top of your Trade Discount
Are your online prices the same as in stores?
We endeavour for our prices to be consistent, our online pricing is based on our Metropolitan store pricing, variations due to regional pricing or local promotions may occur.
Prices of Product and Delivery
The prices of Products and delivery and other charges displayed on this Site are current at the time of issue, however, SCA reserves the right to change prices at any time and for any reason it deems necessary
All prices shown on this Site are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
We will charge you, and you agree to pay, the following fees and charges in relation to an order that we accept (as applicable):
- The purchase price of each Product that is ordered;
- The delivery fee for delivering the Products to you; and
- Any other fees and charges set out in these terms and conditions.
All fees and charges identified in these terms and conditions and all prices for the Products as shown on the Site are inclusive of GST (unless otherwise indicated).
The purchase price of each Product is shown on the product list on the Site at the time you place your order. The purchase price of a Product on the Site may not be the same or correspond to the price in any of our store for the same Product at the same time.
You acknowledge that we are not required or obliged to match any prices for any Products, including matching any prices for a Product that is available through the Site at our store or vice versa.
Rebate Rewards
What are Rebate Rewards?
Rebate Rewards is an invitation only exclusive rewards program for our most loyal SCA Trade account holders. The Rebate Rewards program is designed to recognise continued loyalty to Supercheap Auto Trade and reward SCA Trade account holders for increasing monthly purchases with Supercheap Auto Trade.
Rebate Rewards are an additional benefit that is given on top of your Trade Discount only for selected eligible customers.
Who is eligible for Rebate Rewards?

How are Rebate Rewards Calculated?
Rebate Rewards are based on your purchases during each month of the financial year. The monthly spend and percentage rebate are detailed below. (Amounts are excluding GST) Rebate Rewards are calculated monthly and paid annually.

What products are included in the monthly spend calculation?
Almost all our products from our in-store and special order range are eligible towards your monthly spend, excluding the following: Gift Cards, tyres & freight charges.
What are the options for payment of Rebate Rewards?
You can choose from credit back to your 30 Day Credit account* or one of the following gift card options:
- Super Retail Group
- Pre-Paid Visa Card
*Only available to customers with existing 30 Day Credit facility.
How do I know the value of my Rebate Rewards?
Supercheap Auto Trade will advise the value of earnt rewards achieved monthly direct to your registered email address.
Can I combine two months to make up my spend amount?
A low spend month will not penalise you however cannot be ‘made up’ or combined with another month. E.g Spend $800 in month one and you will not accrue a rebate for that month. Spend $3000 in month two you will accrue a 4% rebate for that month and cannot claim the previous months rebate that was missed.
Can I combine two Accounts to calculate a rebate?
No, Rebate Rewards is based on single accounts, Supercheap Auto Trade will not pool multiple accounts to achieve a rebate.
