SCA Rust Primer is easy brush on substance that also converts and seals rusted surfaces. The chemical reaction turns rusted surfaces to hard and then seals the surface with a coating ready for a topcoat of paint. Recommended for the treatment of surfaces where it is not possible to remove rust completely, especially useful on rusted steel, galvanised surfaces or for Marine and Industrial applications.
