The EnShield process begins with a zinc/aluminium water-based coating applied to the entire rotor surface, which is then baked on, forming a durable barrier against corrosion and rust.

Engineered for optimal braking performance, these rotors feature surface design slots and chamfered drill holes* that facilitate the efficient exit of friction dust and gases, resulting in a quieter and more responsive pedal feel. Additionally, the rotors boast anti-rust painted non-friction areas to prevent corrosion and enhance overall appearance, or the option of a full En-Shield coating, eliminating the need for pre-installation cleaning.
